Message from the Chairman of the Management Board
TAQA Morocco (the ‘Company’) and, more generally, TAQA Group viability and integrity depends on the protection of its critical assets which include its people, physical assets, and proprietary information. Our communication, internal controls and processes must constantly adapt to the changing needs and objectives of the Company as well as to the changing marketplace environment. At the same time, concerns regarding the Company’s accounting controls, internal controls or other issues relating to discrimination, workplace harassment, safety, theft or fraud, to name a few, could injure the integrity and reputation of TAQA Morocco and must be appropriately addressed.
In line with the Company and its mother-company’s whistleblowing policy, and its whistleblowing procedure, any TAQA Morocco employee or any contractor/supplier is invited to report any unethical, illegal or fraudulent activity to his or her immediate manager, a senior executive officer of the Company or to the Chairman of it Audit Committee. Alternatively, a whistleblowing can be made via the anonymous address through the Company’s website. The information will be confidential and the complaint may be submitted anonymously. Once a concern is reported TAQA Morocco alongside its mother-company will investigate and any necessary corrective measures will be implemented and, if appropriate, disciplinary sanctions will be imposed.
